Jim Chapman may build his houses out of brick, but he builds his relationships on a much stronger foundation. Chapman, founder of Jim Chapman Communities (“JCC”), an Atlanta based developer and builder of active adult communities, has successfully developed five communities in the Atlanta area since starting the business in June 2005.
What allows JCC to thrive in an environment in which most developers are struggling to get by is simple. They offer residents more than a house; they offer them maintenance free, lock and leave lifestyle and a place in the extended JCC family.
